Came here from the Web Help Desk Forums. Is this it? IMO, the total lack of content indicates the future of Web Help Desk is not bright. Additionally, when I registered, it insisted I pick a SolarWinds product, but Web Help Desk wasn't listed.

Should I be telling my manager to start shopping for another product? We just switched from HEAT to Web Help Desk last year.....sigh....

Where/how can I see a list of existing issues/bugs?

As we just switched over the forums a few days ago it will take awhile for content to build. As rgward linked, legacy forums are being maintained indefinitely for reference.
