HPUX CPU utilization incorrectly reported at 100%

One of my HPUX 11.31 servers is being shown as 100% CPU utilization within Solarwinds.

I have confirmed with applications top and glance that the utilization is actually less than 20%.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue? I am new to using SolarWinds.

We had a similar issue with Juniper devices, so we ended up creating a custom poller on a more specific OID and view it using a UNDP chart that's hidden on non-Juniper device pages.

What flavor of SNMP are you using? Native HPUX or Net-SNMP? I ran into a lot of issues with native HPUX SNMP and had to switch to Net-SNMP.
