nDepth Histogram: What was the thinking behind the time selections?

I am just looking to see if anyone can appease the curiosity for me. I am trying to understand how it breaks up the histogram. You set it for last week, and instead of breaking it up by day or into half days it breaks it out into weird time segments. I am just trying to get a better idea. Can it be changed? I have yet to see a way of changing it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

It's pretty simple. There are a fixed number of boxes for the histogram - it always consumes that number of boxes.

Take timeframe

Divide by # of boxes

And you get your buckets

The goal was to keep it looking consistent and useful. You CAN zoom in to a section or refine the time period, but that's how the histogram works.
