SNMP on server with TSM

I am trying to discover a WIndows server that has Tivioli Storage Manager running on it. I can't seem to get SNMP to work.

SNMP service is enabled and appears to be configured correctly. Has anyone seen any wierd issues with TSM causing SNMP not to work.

We have 2 of theses server running TSM and SNMP doesnt work on either of them

It almost sounds like the SNMP port 161 is being occupied by TSM. Open a command prompt and run 'netstat -aon' and look for port 161 in the local address column. If found, check the PID on the very left column and then open task manager to see which process is using 161. This may point you in the right place.
