Need help activating Toolset v9

Hi, I had to reinstall Windows on my server and I'm having an issue activating SolarWinds Network Management Tools.

The Serial Number is [removed for privacy], but the License Key I was provided states it's for a different Computer/Software Package combination.

How do I obtain a working license key?

Any help is appreciated.

Did you park the key before you removed from the other server? You may have to call into customer support and get your key reset. Also I am going to edit the post and remove the key, you don't want that posted here in the open.
