Does anyone have clear definitions for Used, Physical, Real, Swap, Virtual Memory mertics as generated by NPM?  Used memory looks like it represents

minus buffers/cache but I don't see this as a volume monitor.  Is this Used Memory metric a component monitor under the hood?  Where can I find it in the database?
