NPM 10.3.1 Group Status is equal to @{R=Core.Strings;K=StatusDesc Warning...

When  I look at the canned Alert for Group status, the trigger is "Group Status is equal to Warning".  When I look at the drop down to choose something other than "Warning", it has a lot more verbiage as I showed above in the discussion title.  the word "Warning" by itself is not even a choice.  Is this normal?
