Missing win32_perfrawdata_ntds_ntds Counter Class

We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 server that is a domain controller and is missing this WMI counter class. I've tried all (or at least most) of the the suggestions to rebuild the counters, et al, in order to get the class to show and so far have not had any luck. Does anyone out there have similar experience with this and can give some fresh insight? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to use Win32_PerfRawData_DirectoryServices_DirectoryServices instead of Win32_PerfRawData_NTDS_NTDS or take a look into APM Active Directory Template - Having issue with a few DC's
