    Problemrunning configuration Wizard NPM 10.4

      Hi.

       

      Just installed NPM 10.4. Configuration wizard stops on Configuring Orion Services.

      If we copy the hotfix1 dll config wis does not start at all.

      Gives this error in Logs

      If we try to trust the new dll we get this:

      Our NPM is now at halt so this is a bit of a crisis
