    User Experience Exchange 2007

      Occasionally I run into help desk calls where "Exchange is slow".  Is there a template for APM that would allow me

      to see "Exchange slowness" sooner than users calling into the help desk?  I do have a check for Exchange queues

      which seem to be somewhat correlated to when the users say there is an issue.  But a user experience check

      would be informative.  Thanks.
