    NO Ticket response?

      Hello,

       

      I submited a ticket last week and so far I havent got any kind of response from SW. How I know if you guys got my ticket? Why no response yet?

          Rulob,

           

          When you submitted the ticket it should have generated a ticket# which would have gone to the e-mail that is either located within your SW# profile or that you provided when you submitted the ticket.  The response is auto-generated upon submission and should provide you with possible avenues to contact the support desk given that you've not been contacted.
