Error When I want to send Alerts to an email in Orion (Test)

Hi!

Anyone can help me?, please

I have a problem. I can't sed alerts in Solarwinds Orion Network, I already have configured the alerts in Alert Manager but I dont receive nothing when a node goes down. Here i added a picture of the error. The SMTP server is located in google (google apps). The version 9 of Solarwinds Orion Network is that we use. I also put the IP address to witch replies the SMTP service.

How I can send alerts to an email?

Any deas?
