Wondering if Solar Winds Support APIs from 3rd Party Element Managers

    Mike Hogan

Earlier this year TE Connectivity (Tyco Electronics) introduced Quareo, a physical cabling plant CPID (Connection Point ID) management support tool that enhances network operational efficiency.  We've put a MAC like Address at the end of a standard patch cords(copper and fiber) and a web server on patch panels that are auto-discovered every port across your enterprise, automatically and transparently documents every add-move-or-change, which physically works with your existing network management tools, and when used with another NMS System can physically lock down a port for security reasons.

ICM uses a bi-directional API, does Solar Winds dbase server support  APIs ?

Please find more information on Quareo and ICM at http://www.te.com/en/industries/enterprise-networks/solutions/managed-connectivity/know-your-network.html
