    Cant see CBQoS view


      Hi All,


      We have NTA 3.9 and it looks like the NTA does not collect any CBQoS  data.

      From the NetFlow Traffic Analyzer Summary view, the "last received CBQoS" = "never"

      We have configure QoS on cisco router and we can see traffic matching from router's CLI. we apply QoS policy to physical interface

      We also go to "NetFlow Traffic Analyzer Settings" and enable "CBQoS Polling"

      We then go to "Manage NetFlow Sources and CBQoS Polling" and enable the router interface that has QoS Policy applied.


      the CBQoS is still hidden. Could someone help please?
