    Unable to process login error

      Hi,

We had an issue with our SAN which is now resolved but have been unable to login to Solarwinds Virtualisation Manager since. The login page displays but when we enter a username or password we get the message appear 'The system was unable to process your login.  If this problem persists, please contact your site administrator.'

Able to login via the console, and looking at the Hyper9 log can see the following -

[http-8443-1] WARN Web Services:57 -  Fault: <SOAP-ENV:Fault xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode xmlns:ns0="http://www.hyper9.com/ws">ns0:loginfault</faultcode><faultstring xml:lang="en">javax.security.auth.login.loginexception: error reading user database (Error reading user database (invalid password))</faultstring></SOAP-ENV:Fault>

No password have been changed. Can anyone help with this? The one time we really needed to see whats going on with our VMware environment and we cant get into the manager.

      Any pointers/help greatly appreciated.
