Not sure if anyone else has come across this issue be we have number of devices pushing syslog data at NPM but it is not in all cases parsing out the message type we are running NPM 10.3.1. It it pretty easy to spot either take a look in your database syslog table or just add the message type to the syslog viewer. At first i was thinking maybe it was syslog messages with message types NPM didn't recognize but it looks like it might be device specific in some way as i can see occurrences of the same message type where it is being parsed out and others where it is not.
I'm thinking I should log a call for this issue but figured I would check first here to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue as well.
