    Interface Name/IP?

For a node such as a switch, is there a way to see interface details such as name or IP?  Would be nice to have this feature.  I tried a suggested custom poller using OID IpAdEntAddr (1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1), but it didn't work.  As of now we are only able to see if an interface is up or down, nothing else.

By default Orion polls both the ifName and ifDescr to get the interfaces name and description from the node via snmp poll.  If these aren't setup on the node, this may be why you aren't seeing anything in terms of Interface name.  You can also edit the interface in Orion via Node Management and give the port a friendly name if you so choose.
