After I put in the IP and snmp information, I get the green check mark and on the next screen when it's supposed to query the device and then list all the interfaces for you to check off which ones you want monitored, it hangs there.
Do I have to load special MIBs or something for this device? Odd that the 5548 loaded fine and the 5020 did not....
I have 2 5020s doing the same thing...
