Unique LEM Use Cases?

We are a relatively new customer to the LEM product but are already very impressed with the blend of simplicity, functionality, and raw power. Today I gave a LEM presentation for one of our VP's and some of our other technical staff so they could see the product, what it does and how it does it. They were all very impressed and all jumping out of their seats with different ideas of how we were going to be able to use it in our environment. This is what lead me to the idea of asking this question...

What are some of the different unique use cases out there for LEM? I am interested in hearing about it all so please share your ideas and/or what you have done!

With as powerful of a tool as LEM is I have to think some folks out there have used it to solve some very unique and interesting problems?

I know, I was really expecting to see hear about some unique and cool things that people had done or interesting problems they have solved using LEM.

Not sure if this counts as "interesting" (and I'm sure not unique) but for the sake of keeping the idea going (since I'm interested in finding useful ways to use LEM as well), some of the ways we use it are to monitor and alert when anyone is added or removed from privileged accounts groups, monitoring when user who do not belong to specific group try to login to specific servers and/or computers, etc...

This is exactly the type of stuff I was looking to hear, thanks for the feedback!
I am planning to configure our LEM system to let us know when accounts are locked out. I am also very interested in the configuration change and file audit stuff that I see in LEM; however, I haven't really been able to completely figure it out.
