    SolarWinds Server Randomly Rebooting

    jleecong

Our SolarWinds server (Orion Core 2012.1.0, SAM 5.0.1, NPM 10.3, IVIM 1.3.0) has been randomly rebooting. I'm not sure if this is caused because SolarWinds is causing the RPC service to crash or if the RPC service is crashing and it making it look like SolarWinds crashed.

      From the Windows event logs...

SYSTEM - 9/4/2012 2:12:34pm - The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Reboot the machine.
