    Curious if it is possible to modify the default Alerts view to include additional data fields.


      I have a question, is it possible to modify the alerts view to include an additional field for user entered data. For example. I would like to add an area next to acknowledged by that woudl be for the ticket number. That way our team could see who caught the issue and when but also have the ticket number right there at their fingertips for quick access. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
