I read and reviewed the Business Hours report information in the help documentation of Orion NPM. It was very helpful, but I still have a few questions.
1. Is the report based on the time of our one Orion server or can it adjust based on a local office time?
2. We have over 50 offices globally. If every office has different business hours, what is the best method for customizing an Availability report for all offices and their respective business hours?
