Migrated NCM with Existing Database, Nodes in WebInterface, but not NCM App

I migrated our NCM installed to a new server using the existing database. When I go into the WebConsole I'm able to manage and view all the nodes, but if I open the NCM app on the server, the node list is empty. Did I mess something up in the migration?
