We've recently downloaded an eval of the Device Tracker and have it using the same DB as our NPM. So, even though NPM is monitoring the Serial interfaces of our GW's, there isn't any data because when the Device Tracker was set up, it is only monitoring specific interfaces - for the eval period. How do we easily get the NPM interface monitoring to override the Device Tracker monitoring - without toucing each interface individually?
I've discovered that the ports are still being monitored in NPM, and I can see the information - but only if I go to the specific port through an event message - not through the main device - that's when I see the port as not being monitored and Device Tracker in the header - not NPM...
