Please double check SolarWinds Information Service if it's up and running and try to restart it. You can check it in Windows Services or using Orion Service Manager (Start / Programs / SolarWinds Orion / Advanced Features / Orion Service Manager). If it doesn't help, open a support ticket.
The service is up and running, and I also have tried restart it. But we have done a new installation to a new virtual server and using SQL server on a different machine now, and imported all the subnets, so now it's running on a production server.
