NPM interface charts problem

We have installed NPM 10.0

And we have problems with interface charts on some devices:

Min/Max/Average bps In/Out

Percent Utilization - Line Chart

It does not not happen with devices of one vendor. For example for one cisco switch interface charts draws correctly, for second, like on the pictures. Removing of the device does not helps.

But PRTG draws all charts correctly. What can it be?
