Physical Mapping - VNX - No Data

Hello,

I have 2 VNX and 2 Clariion systems configured.

For my ESX environment everything looks good, I can browse from the datastores to the physical LUN on the storage systems, but when I check out my physical windows hosts the physical mapping displays "No data".

Also in the "volume usage" I can see all my drives (C:D:E: (internal) F:L:-Clariion Disks), but when I click on the F:-drive and he opens the "File Analysis" in the status window the "storage group" displays "unassigned".

Does anyone know what the problem is ?

Hello, Remove the data folders on the host-agent or just uninstall the agent, remove the solarwinds-folder and reinstall again. Regards, Bart
