    Cannot connect to Primary Application Server from remote console

      Hello,

      I'm working on a new installation of EminentWare on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard server. The console works fine locally, but when I try to connect using a remote console from my desktop it gives me the following error:

       

      Access Denied:

      The attempt to connect the EmenentWare Application Server failed. Please enter a username and password that has access to the EminentWare Application Server. The user must be a member of the EminentWare 'Users' Role.

       

      The user is a member of the 'Users' Role. The Windows Firewall is completely disabled. I am unsure as to what the problem is.
