Server Publishing Wizard: Objectreference not set to an instance of an object

Error:
When running the Server Publishing Wizard the following error my occur

The provisioningprocess is complete

The distributionof the signingcertificate to the requiredservermay have failed.
Objectreference not set to an instance of an object

Solution:
UAC was enabled on the WSUS Server. Do one of the following.

Add a Computer Credential to the credential ring for the WSUS Server using .\administrator
Disabled UAC on the WSUS Server
