what version are you runing. This can be found by right clicking on the root eminentware node and selecting version.
I would also have a look at Administration and Reporting node. When you select this node, the middle pane should have a clear cache and layouts button. Try selecting this and then shutdown the console and restart and let us know if the issue is resolved.
