Change WMI to SNMP polling - loose CPU and Memory value

Hi,

We have NPM 10.3 installed and we poll a Windows 2008 R2 server with WMI. We have changed to SNMP polling.

We have checked the CPU and Memory box but do not see any information about this value.

The gauge and the chart are not displayed.

How to display correctly the chart ?

Go to the node and click "List Resources". Remove the CPU and Memory pollers and try to add them back. Also, are you sure SNMP is configured properly? Are you getting Interface Utilization or Volume information for that node?
