We are receiving the following errors in the event log. I have opened a ticket, but we have a network that we cannot easily send out diagnostics to Solarwinds. So I figured while we are running through the troubleshooting, I would send it out to the community. We have been experiencing slowness on the web console, especially a long delay in loading maps. We also are seeing errors in event log on the NPM server. The SQL database is on a separate physical server. The errors are below.
Event 1315
Event code: 4005
Forms authentication failed for the request. Reason: The ticket supplied has expired.
and
Event 2003 IIS-W3SVC- Perfcounters
It has taken too long to refresh the W3SVC counters, the stale counters are being used instead.
