    Connect refuse with any nDepth search in Log & Event Manager

      Dear team,

       

      Sorry to borther you again, this is my first time to search with nDepth tool in Log & Event Manager,

       

      an error "General: Connection refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accpeting TCP/IP Connection" always prompts whatever any "Saved searches" clicked.

       

      The monitor runs normally, and the manager displays "connected" at right bottom of the picture.

       

      Pls find the snapshot enclosed for more details, this is urgent for us,
