File Analysis Rule - capture more than 5000

I would like to utlilize the file analysis and reports to gather informaiton on our file server.  The issue i am having it seems for any File Analysis rule created it can only go to 5000 items or files.  i want to create a report from a file analysis rule for all files on a particular share, but seem to be limited at 5000.  Does anyone know of a way i can get information on all files on a share?

    Storage Manager does not collect detailed information on all files, but does collect summary information of all files (by Age, Ownership and Type) per target (volume, file system, share, etc.).  Rules allow you to find Files Of Interest - something you may want to take an action on, but will not give you a list of all files.
