Machines not reporting updates

Question

We have installed the Patch Manager application onto our SCCM and WSUS server and all the machines are discovered. However, they are not reporting any updates or have not summarized any exisitng updates that were previously installed. What am I missing that would not allow them to report.

I am new to Patch Manager so please forgive my ignorance.

I had already worked through that KB article. I found the issue that was causing me problems. We had removed all GP settings that managed Windows Updates since the SCCM client modified the local policies on each machine. Since we removed the Update Point from SCCM and started letting Patch Manager handle the settings we had to go back and change the GP settings back.
