Add the ability to manage baselines in Web Ui

Can you please look to add the ability to manage baselines in the web ui. If we are moving to the web based world then this is one of the features that needs to be on the list.

Long-term plans definitely include this feature. However I can't tell you when exactly this feature will be available.
