If they are not being utilized, you can call SolarWinds and have them release the licenses. Then, you would go back into license manager and reassign them. Hope this helps.
They released the licenses and I received the following errors:
Your license activation failed
The license you provided cannot be activated
Contact Customer Support by opening a ticket at:
I do not currently have a support contract.
You can still open a customer service ticket, as you have licenses to use and cannot use them.
