I'd like to see SolarWinds develop an addin for monitoring PI tags for PI process historians. This can be developed using the .NET & PIAPI provided by OSIsoft. OSI also provides a program for PI tag monitoring called ITmonitor but it sucks really bad. If SolarWinds can accomplish this it would be a hugh step forward in the petro chemical industry. In addition to this the PI tag values there is a need to display the PI tag values on node pop-ups, node details, maps, etc.... Please contact me for more details.
