You will want to open your Syslog Viewer on your Orion server. There is where you can create a rules for your syslogs. (Delete, Alert..).
I guess you would want to set the rule to filter the Message Pattern *WARNING: NMP: nmp_DeviceAttemptFailover:* and set the alert action to delete. You can always tinker with this to only apply to certain hostnames or to a IP/Subnet.
