A couple of things you can do.
1- Check a packet capture from the NTA server interface and look for template packets.
2 - If you do see templates make sure they are being exported every minute. The default 30 minutes will cause the error you are seeing. Use the template data timeout 60 command
Just to follow up on this...
I checked everything that was said but it was not helpful in resolving the issue. I continued to have these messages everytime i would reboot Orion and other times seemingly at random.
After upgrading to NPM 10.3 yesterday these messages are now gone.
