What is the supported method of migrating to a new server

I have NPM, NCM, and NTA installed on a single server currently.  I am planning to migrate it to new hardware and will also be upgrading the host OS from Win2K3R2 to Win2K8R2.  The database is on a remote SQL Server 2005.  Currently all modules are running the latest versions.

What is the approved and supported method to migrate this installation to new hardware and new host OS?
