Did you uninstall/reinstall the Crystal Reports Runtime as well?
My other suggestion is to make sure you reinstall as admin ("Run As Administrator") and then make sure you run reports as admin (right click -> run as administrator). I've had weird issues that cropped up when I wasn't running reports as admin (or didn't install as admin), due to the way that Crystal Reports interacts with Windows.
Have you resolved this issue? I'm facing the same problem after installing the Reporter today. Reinstalling and running it under domain admin account didn't help. I don't see Crystal Reports listed in my program files or add/remove programs. If you have a solution, please share. Thanks.
