NTA 3.8 Not Running correctly - EVAL

Getting this error message on my summary Screens. I've checked the tasks done a "repair" process and it seems to work once in a while but it's down pretty consistently now. I think I have about 5 days remaining on the Eval but if it's not working, I'll be hard-pressed to recommend purchase. Generally, it looks good and provides some interesting statistics and I do see a place for it on my Management platform.

Can't load data. Ensure that Information Service is running. For more information check log file.
