did not receive expected response to show version command -cisco 2900 router

Report.version table is not able to load. Below is the log file. Just for your info that I can sh ver sion command from device and it shows version.

  • Hi moadil 

    The Cisco.Router.General device type issues the term len 0 command to disable output paging (i.e. the --more-- prompts which your device is currently stalling on).  However from the debug log above, I can tell that your device is responding to the execution of the 'term len 0' command with: 

              Command authorization failed.

    Looks like maybe the user you are logging in this device with is not permitted to execute this command.

    Try configuring CatTools to use a different login account, else you'll need to grant your current user authorization for the 'term len 0' command.

    This should resolve this problem.
