I suggest to open support tickets if possible in order to get quick replies.
The Difference is Maps maker is no longer used and Maps are now stored in the database itself,
Network Atlas now replaces Map maker and network Atlas can be installed on Server or Client machines for easy access.
Migrating Maps and Reports for Upgrades from Older Versions of Orion NPM
Find old Maps folder:
The old default location was: Volume:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Network Performance Monitor v7\Maps.
The new default installation location is: Volume:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Maps.
Maps no longer stored on Server but no on Database itself.
Maps should been auto pulled into DB for you.
But if you migrated Orion to Another Server then you have to import them in.
Either way if you can get old Maps folder and Import them to DB.
Backup Current DB First.
Run this installer located in below folder to import the maps over
c:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Network Atlas\ImportMapBatch.exe
Let me know if this helped.

I tried to use ImportMapBatch.exe tool on my new server (NPM 10.1) but this ask me for username and password. What kind of credential must use? I tried username e pwd of web console and my server administrator but don't work. what can I do?
I can get into mine here with my Orion NPM Website Admin Password without issue.
From Orion Server, with Server: localhost and Connect to: ORION
Also here is Admin Guide for Network Atlas, might prove useful going forward:
