Feature Request: SNMP Trap Viewer from web

We would like to see the SNMP Trap Viewer application functionality, specifically configuration of rules/alerts, built into the web user interface of Orion NPM rather than have it only available via Win32 app on the server. Please reference trouble ticket 285609.
