95th percentile for In and Out combined data set

I've searched high and low and haven't been able to find a solution.

The base Orion reports calculate the 95th of Inbound data points, outbound data points, or the max of in/out at each sampling.

For my billing model the 95th is calculated off of all inbound and outbound data points combined (not that "max" of each snapshot).

I'm not an SQL guru (or even a wannabe).  My understanding is the GetInBps95th, GetOutBps95th and GetMaxBps95th are imbedded routines in the database.  Any idea on how a person might get his fingers on these to do some modifications?

Any other thoughts/solutions that you might have for me?

Thanks!
