I want to see if I can get printer status and page count information off Ricoh printers however when I try to complete a MIB walk I don't appear to have the Ricoh OID (367). I copied in the latest Mib.cfg file but the OID still doesn't appear to exist in the NPM mib list.
I know I can get certain information from the 'host' mib but not page counts, has anyone else been able to get page counts off Ricoh printers iwthout access to OID 367, if not can someone tell me how I go about getting this OID added to the current mib.cfg file, thanks
