Alerts not being logged

I have setup an advanced alert that says if Node Status is not equal to UP Log it to the NetPerfMon Event Log and email a mail group. It successfully logs in the event log and sends the email but it does not show in the active alerts log. I do not have any suppression set up for this alert.

Has anyone seen this happen? I have other alerts doing similar actions that do show up.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Can you give more details about "active alerts log which you are referring to"?I would like to mention that the table named "AlertLog" in the database has the information which you are looking for.

I will look at the DB table but would really like to have it on the web console alert page.
I was looking at the Alerts page in the web console and also in the active alerts in the NPM console on the server.

I did find them all in the table and realized they are cleared from the alerts page once they are reset. Thanks.
