    IPMonitor Wont Send Email To Outside Email Address


      I am having an issue with IPMonitor sending alert emails to an IT Consultants outside company email address. He receives emails alerts from IPMonitor fine through our internal email domain name, IE: Bob@Ourcompany.com.. he also receives email alerts from IPMonitor fine through his hotmail email account. But when I add his outside company email address; bob@techcompany.com he does not receive the email and the IPMonitor gives us an error with forcing a test email and no message was sent to his outside company email address. Hes using a standard POP account through godaddy.
